Rolling is charged per pre-roll; packaging is charged once per finished package.

Multi-pack rates are quoted per run — the 5-pack example shows a typical bundle price.
On pre-rolls, labels are charged per touch ($0.05) and rolling/coating rates rise with size (1.5g rolling $0.50, 2g $0.60; coating up to $1.10 at 2g). On vape filling and flower packaging, one label application is already included in the unit rate — extra touches are $0.05 each. Materials (cones, jars, tubes, hardware) are quoted separately unless supplied by the brand.
